Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Returns: We accept returns on open edition prints within 30 days of delivery. Special editions, original artwork and framed paper prints are not eligible. To start a return, email hello[at]victorialedig[dot]com before shipping anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Your print must be in the same condition you received it. Please re-package the print exactly as it arrived to avoid damage in transit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector. A refund will be issued once the print reaches our studio and passes inspection.
Damages or Wrong Item
Inspect your order upon arrival. If it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact hello[at]victorialedig[dot]com right away so we can make it right.

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving your return. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
